FAQ

Do you provide the actual repairs, or just the diagnostics?

We focus on analysis and diagnosis. We coordinate with your existing contractors, or refer you to qualified ones, to carry out the repair.

What brands of VRF equipment do you support?

Major VRF brands, including LG, Mitsubishi and Daikin.

How do you access our equipment data?

Through a non-invasive network or serial connection to your existing controllers.

What if our system doesn't have digital controls?

Temporary or permanent data logging can be installed so the system can still be analyzed.

Can we upgrade from one service tier to another?

Yes. Many clients start with a Diagnostic and move to Monitoring or Optimization over time.

Do you offer discounts for multiple buildings?

Yes. Portfolio pricing is available when you have several buildings or sites.

How accurate are your failure predictions?

Accuracy depends on the equipment, the quality of the data and how long we have monitored a system. We'll explain how we validate predictions for your equipment when we scope your project.
